Vyse ("we," "us," or "our") operates vysecreative.com and provides web design, brand identity, merchandise, and business setup services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website or engage our services.

Information from third parties

We may receive information from third-party services you connect to our services, such as calendaring tools or communication platforms. We only collect information relevant to providing our services.

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Contact form submissions: 3 years. Project-related data: 7 years (accounting and legal). Marketing consent records: until consent is withdrawn. When no longer required, data is securely deleted or anonymised.

We use TLS encryption for data in transit, access controls limiting data to authorised personnel, regular security assessments, and rate limiting on all public-facing endpoints. No system is completely secure. In the event of a breach affecting your rights, we will notify you within 72 hours of becoming aware of it.

Our services are not directed to individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware of such collection, we will delete it promptly.
